New machine here a couple of months ago.  I've had this issue from the onset, and finally getting around to troubleshooting it.  I added a GEForce GT710 video card (which has 4 hdmi ports... I have 3 monitors...).  Not EVERY time, but ALMOST every time, when I reboot the machine, I get the HP splash, and the spinning dots below it, booting Win11... and the dots stop spinning, and that where the machine hangs.  It DOES make the correct boot sound, and subsequently IS accessible to other machines on my network, but I cannot get into it directly - as it's stuck on the HP and (not) spinning dots screen.  I have to force it off and reboot... sometimes a half dozen times before it will come up with a screen for me to login to the machine.  I suspect it to be a video thing, but don't know what to do with that... suggestions?  (once up, the machine runs just fine.)

I did end up running the 'extensive' system test... and everything passes.  Yet the machine still won't consistently boot - more often than not, just hangs on that black screen with the HP logo and the (not) spinning dots.  Thoughts?
