Well that's inconvenient! My (14 month old) ENVY 32 AIO has completely died ... Black screen, complete silence, nothing!!. 😳
Connecting my external monitor to the AIO's HDMI Out port and re-booting showed me a blue error box declaring that a 'fan is not working', that the PC should not be used and that the unit will shut down in 15s. The error code underneath showed CPU FAN (90B).
I contacted HP Support and (after some extra telephone fault diagnosis that included powering on whilst holding Win+B and then Win+V .. producing an ear shattering 8 beeps from the B&O speaker that sent my dogs running both times), the PC was declared as requiring an RTB repair, so it is to be collected next week, with an estimated 6-10 day repair turnaround. FML.
So, a dead £3K AIO after only 14 months - I'm glad I bought the extra warranty or I'd be looking at an expensive repair bill. Maybe I should have stuck with another iMac... 🤔
Be safe out there people!

@Bryan_D -- The error code underneath showed CPU FAN (90B).
Yes, that is a hardware repair that should be left to a qualified computer technician.
It could have been a loose wire that is not bringing power to the fan.
It could have been dust that has clogged the fan, preventing it from spinning.
I am surprised that the HP Agent led you through a BIOS update. Like changing an automobile's tires when there is no petrol in the tank, I think that it was not at all helpful.
It is good that your computer detected the problem, and forced the shutdown. Without proper cooling, the processor in your computer would have overheated, and could have burnt-out, or could have damaged the motherboard.
Personally, I have never seen a "fan failure" within 2 years of purchase, though I have seen dust-clogged fans in many of my friends' computers.
Anyway, you were brilliant to pay to extend the warranty.
