The above screenshot is exactly what appears every time I
start my system. If you are from HP, yes, I know it is out
of warranty. I just want to know what part needs to be ordered
and if possible, please provide me with a link to order this fan.

do you see the part-number for the fan, and whether it shows as "N/A" ("not available"),
which implies that you have to search eBay and Amazon for the part-number.

Thank you for the attempt. Right part number but HP no longer supplies the part. I'm hunting for the part via external sources. I've also called HP's non-American based customer service support which told me the same information. Thanks.
