Here is a guide for that error. It is a Windows error but can be fixed.

Involves reading to at least where it talks about " First of all, hard reboot your PC three times. For this, press the power button, and when you see the first booting sign, interrupt the booting process by pressing the power button again. This will take you to the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE)." and beyond.
