Whenever I attempt to boot my pc I am met with this screen.

That message could mean the boot loader has been corrupted or the hard drive has failed.

That model has a M.2 SSD, so probably the corrupt boot loader.  You can make the installation media for Windows 10 and then follow the steps on that screen by booting to the new media

If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make the  USB. It needs to be at least 8GB.  Use this new media to boot the computer and then  proceed to the repair your computer, lower left of the screen.

If you need further help, please post back with details on how far you have progressed in the steps.
