Hi,
I would check hardware first. Start the PC. Tap "ESC". Select "F2".
Run system and component tests.
A hardware pass means you have a software problem.
Check this Microsoft Support doc (Link) on troubleshooting this Bug Check error code.
You need to get to the Microsoft Recovery Environment to troubleshoot. You can get to this environment using W10 Home 64 bit installation media. Boot to the media. Then select repair. You can get this media at this (Link).
You have: System Restore, System Image Recovery, Startup Repair, Command Prompt, and Startup Settings options.
If all fails you may need to connect the system disk to a different PC as a data drive, back up data from this PC's system drive to the other PC, then do a reset or clean installation to fix the problem.
