I have old pc that all the sudden has black screen with pxe over ipv4 and ipv6. I just bought a new pc but I can’t get into this computer to get my pics and stuff saved on it. Is there a way to fix it to get in to save my stuff? Or is it broke? I’ve tried to find stuff on YouTube But I’m not a computer person so I’m stuck. A point in any direction would be helpful. Thank you

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to boot to Windows.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
- What is the product number of your computer?
- What is the operating system you are using?
Meanwhile, I recommend you restore the BIOS defaults following the steps in the below article and check whether the issue is resolved.
