HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-r180a

When I book up the screen goes blue and goes to automatic repair saying it did not start correctly. After restarting it tries to repair but comes back with the stop code: 0xc000021a. I have followed help tips of removing external devices and powering off and back on but it still goes to blue screen with sad face. Can someone please suggest a fix? Thank you.

Hello!

Power on your computer and press F2 or Esc and after F2 for Diagnostics menu.
Test your ram and hard drive: Choose Component test -> Memory > Fast test.

Same on storage: Component test -> Storage -> Quick test.

You can choose longer options in tests if nothing show fail.

When you found nothing, Try reinstall your computer, or send back to repair. 🙂

Have a nice day!
