Hello, I have a HP all-in-one desktop Intel Celeron 4096mb, Serial number [Personal Information Removed]. I made a big mistake and cancelled a cleaning on my WD external hard drive that was wiping clean, I thought I was wiping the E external drive but it wiped my C drive and now I can't get my PC to start, It keeps taking me to a startup page that says errors message 0xc00000bb. How can I fix this? I'm running a systems extensive test and everything has passed but the hard drive/SSD long DST and everything passed except another test. Can you please help me?

Hello 👋, thank you for getting back to me so quickly, I truly appreciate it. I'm going to try your suggestion, now I just need to find another PC that I can download Windows 11 on a USB. I'll let you know if it worked. Again, thank you so much 🙏.
