My HP all in one desk top just started making a loud pulsating beeping noise when you first turn it on then gives an error screen that says unsupported adaptor and then shuts off how do I fix it

This error message generally means that some device is connected to the PC that it can not read properly, often due to faulty drivers.  This can also happen if you buy a PC with one OS on it (i.e;., Windows 7) and then upgrade to another OS (I.e., Windows 10) but does not contain working drivers for that device.

All you can really do at this point is disconnect everything plugged into the PC and plug them in -- one at a time -- and reboot each time. When the beeping returns, the device most recently plugged into the PC is the one causing the problem.
