I have an HP OMEN 30L GT13-0xxx with BIOS F.29. Windows 11 boots normally with Secure Boot disabled. With Secure Boot enabled, the system reports Secure Boot Violation and then Hard Disk 3F0, even though the Windows installation is UEFI/GPT and bootmgfw.efi is validly signed by Microsoft. Windows Event Viewer repeatedly reports Kernel-Boot Event ID 292: 'Failed to update the SBAT value in FW.' PK, KEK, DB, and DBX are present, and DB/DBX match their factory defaults. Is there a known Secure Boot/SBAT firmware issue or firmware update for this specific system?"
