After downloading the F14 Rev A Bios Update on the HP Website, the computer still has a bootup time of 10 to 20 minutes. This is unacceptable and very disturbing HP does not care to fix this issue. The F14 Rev A Bios Update on the HP Website had a date of 8/23/22 when it was released. After 3 months, HP has not fixed this issue. HP if you are paying attention to this community, please give us instructions on how to fix this issue. We need a computer that will boot up in less than 2 minutes, not between 10 to 20 minutes. Because of this issue, I will be forced to restore my PC to a factory state and then never update the BIOS to the latest BIOS update. Below are my computer specs. Please advise how to fix this issue. Can we restore the BIOS back to an earlier version that does not slow the computer bootup time? Also, how do we get support for this issue if the issue is your fault and we do not have the extended warranty service?
