I got this computer from an estate sale. Just want to factory reset so I can use. Obviously I don't have password. Serial number is [Personal Information Removed]

The PC originally came with W7 Home Premium 64 bit from HP.
HP Pavilion 500-281 Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
According to the software info, there is no recovery software included.
If there is a W7 Home Product key on the PC's case, I can give you the link to the W7 Home Premium 64-bit English ISO file, and you can clean install W7 and then install the drivers from the PC's support page.
If there is no product key, the only suggestion I can offer would be to purchase recovery software from this vendor at the link below:

After you install W7, I recommend you take the free upgrade to W10, unless there is a specific reason you want to remain on W7.
