Product: probook 430 g5 i7 gen 8
A friend brought me an HP Probook 430 G5 i7 laptop with a Windows that wouldn't start.
I started with a windows PE to save the data on it, I saw partition C had a lock, open, probably from Bitlock.
I copied the data and formatted it.
After the files are copied to the SSD, reboot to continue the installation and then the error in the title appears.
I also tried with windows 10 and 11, same error, I changed the SSD, same error.
it's something related to BIOS security. I don't know what else to do. HELP PLS!!

That error code indicates the boot loader is corrupted or missing. Your method to fix by copying the files does not modify the boot loader or it was missing.
If the installation was from an authorized install media, you can fix the problem with the boot loader.
you can "Re-build Boot Configuration Data (BCD) on your computer."
Scroll down to Fix 4 on this guide

OR
Just start the install from the install media and do a repair install.
I'm not an HP employee.
