Bootable USB drive fails to be detected.
I am attempting to install Ubuntu onto a HP Elitedesk 800 G4 Mini on a fresh M2 NVME drive.
I tried almost every bios variation I can think off. UEFI and legacy, secureboot on and off, usb ports on and off, fast boot, etc...
All usb ports seem to work and have tried bootable from all available ports and tried 3 different drives.
The drives themselves have been tested on 5 other different systems all of which disappointingly booted into the drives without any bios adjustments, so did nothing to aid the creative thinking process.
The drive data was formatted and installed via a number of different ways with GPT and MBR.
This is my first experience with a HP system after some bad printer experiences in the past that made me after the brand.
I am assuming there is something I don't know about HP systems and am clearly missing it.

Since this is a Business Class PC, I assume that the boot options might be set incorrectly. Here is the manual for that PC
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06063157.pdf
Read through the section concerning changing the boot order correctly starting on page 52
Read especially the section on Configure Legacy Support and Secure Boot
UEFI and Windows
Secure Boot only allow code signed by pre-approved digital certificates to run during the firmware and OS boot process.
So that means "Legacy Support Enable and Secure Boot Disable" I assume. That info in on page 53
I'm not an HP employee.
