HP Slim Desktop - S01-pF0115t

System boots up fine and system is up, go away and come back and has a message boot devise not found on a blue screen. If I wait awhile and turn it off and back on a boots back up. Ran some test, and received the above failure code. Trying to find out what the error code means. Please advise.

You will have to change the disk, in a short time it will be damaged, and you will not have access to it anymore, you can check the error ID in the following link
