HP Z2 Tower G5 Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I started my HP Z2 Tower G5 Workstation appear "Fan Detection Error. 901-PCle Blower Not Detected. PCle blower fan is not connected or may have malfunctioned" Press Enter to Continue.

I opened the PC case and it seems that all the fans work perfectly.

I've been using the computer for about a month and it seems to work perfectly.

There may be a procedure to disable fan checking in the bios?

I checked on the internet if there is a procedure for this function but with the latest version of the HP Bios control with there is no function to disable fan control

Thanks in advise

Hmm. What adapter is in that PCIe slot?

It is possible that the fan is spinning, but the fan is not telling the motherboard that it is spinning.

Is there anything in BIOS SETUP to "disable" the monitoring of that fan?

You will then have to keep monitoring the fan, to ensure that it continues to spin.

Or, replace the fan-assembly.
