HP Recommended

Need some my HP ELITEDESK 705 G1 SFF suddenly have no display and fans are spinning to high (CPU & PSU) 

Methods try;

*Clean the Ram / Ram slot 

*Replace Ram 

* Cmos battery reset

* Remove All Rams/Processors then power on ( Give Beeps when powering on)

 

What maybe the possible cause?
