Hey!

I tried to restart the pc and it started beeping fast and wont go to windows at all.

I cant even access the bios now.

The problem was that my F8 button was pressed down lol.

The beeping is know as the beep code from the BIOS, typically after a hardware failure.  It is a crude way of telling what it assumes may be the area of failure.

Here is the manual for that PC

Section 8.3.4 has the various beep codes.  Use the one that matches what you are observing to see the probable cause to start troubleshooting to find the culprit.

Thanks for letting us know.  Yes, a stuck key can cause a beeping, too.
