HP Pavilion 27 inch All-in-One Desktop PC 27-d1000i (1U0B3AV)

I own three of the HP Pavilion 27 inch All-in-One Desktop - product number 20W67AA (latest Windows 11). The three identical systems are used in two different locations and under different Microsoft accounts - but all three are experiencing the same intermittent problem: they're set to never go to sleep until I power off the system (just set for the display to go dark after 10 minutes) - yet randomly when left unattended for a little while, I often come back to the system and find a dark screen and the power button light on the left side is flashing rapidly (faster pace than if the system were in sleep mode). No matter what I do (touching keyboard, touch screen, mouse), I end up having to press/hold the power button to shut down, and then press to start again. This happens maybe three or four times a week. Under normal use, the power button light is solid. They're all plugged into different brands of surge protectors.

I'm at a loss as to what to do, but I would appreciate anyone's assistance that hopefully doesn't entail doing a fresh Windows install, if I can avoid it. Thank you!
