Pavilion Elite HPE-195a
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a MS-7613 (B1003.....)  motherboard powered Pavilion Elite HPE-000 series ( HPE-195A according to system control panel)  which appears to have the issue as discussed here: https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c01994533   after having to replace the original video card. (freeze and blank screen after restarting (although it happens intermittently while in windows also - not just restarting - presumably related to the newer generation video card than the dead one) (Currently running windows 7 64bit. as it requires legacy software )

If I follow the suggested link in the article above (or do a google search) to download the firmware update - after punching in the devices serial number it gets me to this page:
https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-elite-hpe-100-desktop-pc-series/4079700...

Or a google search gets me this one:
https://support.hp.com/nz-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-Elite-HPE-Desktop-PC-series/4079700/mod...

Also - On the original PC the page shows a forever spinning circle, and searching from another PC gets me a broken page where it fails to display the model and is unresponsive if i hit change OS.  The HP product detection and support tool also gets nowhere.

Using the google cache of that page the OS selection works - and the correct product is listed, although no downloads show (it is a cache so it cant pull the data). So presumably the content for this page has only recently stopped working / been deleted from the HP site within the last month. (thats when the cache was snapshot last)

I found another MS7613 mainboard powered desktop model (the HPE-141f) and the firmware download for it shows, (ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software11/COL34688/pv-85985-1/) but on running that the tool fails and says wrong PC model - so presumably the updater is customised for each desktop variant running the same mainboard - and prevents bios flashing a varient it wasnt set for even tho they are all the same mainboard.

Where can I get the necessary firmware update for this desktop?
