Hi @padmarajgl,
That message means the BIOS update/recovery didn't finish. Let's let it complete.
Option 1 – Let it finish
- Make sure the ProOne 440 G9 is plugged straight into a wall outlet (no power strip) and disconnect all USB devices except keyboard/mouse.
- Turn it on and don't touch anything for at least 10 minutes, even if the screen goes dark or it restarts.
Option 2 – BIOS recovery with Win + B
- Turn it off. Hold Windows + B and press the power button; release power and keep holding Windows + B until the BIOS recovery screen or beeps appear (HP guide: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3966820-3438449-16).
- Let the recovery complete and restart.
If it keeps beeping and shutting off, count the beeps and contact HP: https://support.hp.com/contact-hp
