Greetings @PaulDP1940
Many folks are having this problem.
The EFI Secure Boot (PK) database needs updating via a future HP BIOS update.
You'll have to temporarily change EFI settings so you can use Windows as follows:
- Secure Boot disabled
- Legacy support enabled
But there is a Microsoft provided workaround.
The Secure Boot workaround solution is available at this HP Forum Link.
Note: the above (HP Forum Link) fix has helped many folks in the Forum. However, it is not 100% guaranteed to work in all cases.
For example:
1. The above workaround fixes the Secure Boot problem.
2. The workaround does not work.
3. The workaround produces an EFI Windows boot manager error.
The Windows boot manager error workaround is available Here.
