I have a HP Omen 25L GT15-0078ns , with socket LGA1700 chipset H670 bios F22.
The board according to specifications has 4 slots for DDR4-3200 memory.
I had 2 udimm Kingston KF3200C16D4/8GX of 8 gb each (total 16 Gb) installed in slots 2 and 4 -dual channel-, and I could change in the Bios the .XMP profile to put them at 3200 Mhz and it worked perfectly.
I needed to expand the memory to 32 Gb because I edit photos and video. I bought two more memory modules exactly the same, so now I have complete 4 udimm Kingston KF3200C16D4/8GX of 8 gb (total 32 Gb) in slots 1,2,3 and 4 -dual channel-.
The problem is that now they don't work at 3200 Mhz. When in the Bios I change the .Xmp profile to something other than the base frequency 2400, the board beeps and the pc doesn't boot. It only boots if I change the base frequency back to 2400.
If I remove 2 udimm leaving again the board with 16 Gb, it works at 3200 Mhz. If I put the 4 udimm back on, it doesn't work at 3200. If I put back only the 2 udimm just bought, they work at 3200.
Is there a problem with the Bios that does not allow four udimm to run at 3200? In the product specifications I don't see this limitation.
I have information from the Cpu-Z software if you want more information.
Thank you very much.
