HP All-in-One - 22-b013w
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello, I've exhausted self help links and steps, including live chat for my

HP All-in-One - 22-b013w (Touch) (ENERGY STAR) PC. It locks up and freezes to black screen once the HP logo flashes quickly. I can hear PC running , but no screen. Has anyone else experience  this issue? If so how did you resolve?. Pressing ESC and doing a system test shows everything passes. After chat, PC ran great for 2 weeks . Bummer because I just purchased in May and really have not been able to enjoy my investment .

Hi MsPretty704

Your PC was released by HP for sale in 2016. Did you just purchase your PC in May, 2017? Your standard one year warranty has expired if you purchased this PC in 2016.

I would contact HP if you are in warranty. Otherwise you will have to have a local PC tech diagnose the cause.

The cause could be the external power supply. It could be a motherboard, graphics sub-system , RAM, or a HDD problem.

Since you have no video you can't do any visual troubleshooting.
