Frozen at BIOS update Screen

After an attempted auto BIOS update the computer makes 8 beeps and restarts 3 times. On the 3rd time the BIOS update starts and then freezes between 31% and 37%. It is an All in One desktop PC.

I can't locate a steady 8 beep BIOS error code.

Your PC can emit a 3:5 error code or a 5:3 error code in your instance, the 4:4 BIOS code would not apply. Possible BIOS error code references can be reviewed at this HP Support site. A 3:5 error is a CPU/motherboard problem. A 5:3 error is a BIOS problem. Hardware or system board problems caused by a bad BIOS update.
