Product: HP Z2 Tower G9 Workstation Desktop PC (4N3U8AV)
I have been poking around the BIOS of my G2 Z9 Desktop (Manufacture Dec 2022 – Bios upgraded to U50 V 02.01.05 – UEFI 9.0.0.0)
I notice 3 potentially very usefully features.
- Power On When AC Detected
- Boot at a certain time
- Boot on Keyboard activity
I can only get the last one to work.
Reference to “HP ProBook 450 G6” Z2 G9 Bios Simulator c06534544.pdf does not resolve the problem as it appears to refer to an earlier release of the BIOS.
Article https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c04040117 also refers to an earlier or different BIOS
I would appreciate if anyone can point me to a current manual or give me some hints as to how to get it to work.
