Product: HP EliteOne 800 G3 Base Model 23.8-inch Non-Touch All-in-One PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a new, in box, G3 800 all in one. It starts in Sure Start, goes through a quick Microsoft diskpart screen, then a very quick Republican House Services screen, and finally a unpopulated Configuration Manager screen where it just lingers before looping back. Does anyone have an idea regarding the issue and solution? There are no audible beeps or flashing lights on keyboard.
