Hi

After an bios update nothink appear on the screen. now black screen under boot.

 

What can we do now?

Sorry to see this.

 

You have no video and probably have no USB I/O. 

 

You have two options:

 

Contact HP Support for factory service

 

https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact/help/desktop 

 

Have a local PC tech attempt to flash the BIOS using a Serial BIOS programmer.
