HP Pavilion 590-p0053w Product# 3LA71AA
Microsoft Windows 11

I upgraded to windows 11, inserted a sd card to get pictures off of it. PC froze up so I rebooted. Got a security error and I got that fixed, then I got a HD error, checked drive all was ok. Now when I plug it in I'm getting 3 long beeps and 2 short beeps. What does the beep code mean????

hi

HP Pavilion 590-p0053w Desktop PC Product Specifications

  • Amount: 8 GB
  • Speed: PC4-21300 MB/s
  • Type: DDR4-2666

It is not mentioned if you have one or two memory modules
if you have two, remove one, then test
if that does not work start over with the other module
if you only have one it may be necessary to replace it, but difficult to certify that it is indeed that

"then I got a HD error "

you mean HDD?
what was the error message exactly?
you may have several problems!
