We have a 2022 HP Pavillion Desktop (Model Number TP01-2244).  When trying to enter the BIOS, we are getting a password request and we never requested a password.  I did hit the enter 3 times to try to get a temporary code, but when I did hit the enter button 3 times, the only message I received was that the computer is locked and that I had to turn off computer and turn it on again.

I did remove the CMOS battery on the motherboard and did put it back to try to re-set the bios.  No luck and received the same BIOS password request.  I also did remove the jumper cable and put it back in.  No luck.

There must be a way to resolve this problem.  Problem is how?
