- Hello Everyone, When opened a newly bought laptop I'm getting error like no hard drive installed. I saw some YouTube videos and they are saying to enable legacy support but in my system there is no legacy support option. Attaching error screen. Please help me to start my laptop. Thanks in advance

Hello
You have a brand new laptop showing no bootable device found or no operating system installed on the boot disk.
Sounds like a bad component. Legacy support is not relevant as all new HP PC use UEFI BIOS.
Contact HP Support or return the PC for replacement/refund.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
