Hi,
Eight beeps is a BIOS problem for Desktop PCs made prior to 2015 (Link), your PC looks to be circa 2012.
The remedy is to try a BIOS recovery using external media. I don't think this BIOS update (Link) can be configured to run out side the operating system on bootable external media. This BIOS update will only run within W7.
Try removing the CR2032 MB battery. Let the PC sit to reset CMOS.
Otherwise you need to have the BIOS chip flashed, or replaced and flashed by HP or a local PC tech, or replace the MB (identical used MB on eBay?) or replace the PC.
Regards
