Try restarting the laptop first and check if the keyboard works after the restart. You can also connect an external USB keyboard to see if that works.

If the external keyboard works but the built-in keyboard does not, the issue may be with the keyboard itself or its connection. You can also check for any Windows or keyboard driver updates.

If you tell me which keys are not working, I can suggest some more specific steps.
