Hi @Abdoouzay

Welcome to the HP Forum.

The 3770 is on the compatibility list at the product spec Site.

I don't know. Maybe you have a bad CPU or it is not installed in the CPU socket correctly.

Or the CPU socket pins were damaged (bent pins) when the CPU was installed in the socket.

It looks like you connected the CPU fan to the MB. Otherwise you would get a CPU fan error if the CPU was correctly installed in the socket.

Hi @Abdoouzay

I didn't check for a BIOS update for your MB. You might try this.

But the 3770 should work with the factory BIOS since the CPU is on the PC's specification list.

Try resetting the BIOS to defaults or remove the CR2032 MB battery to reset CMOS before you install the 3770.

I am out of ideas if none of the above works.

Hi @Abdoouzay

The latest BIOS update for your MB can be downloaded at this HP Site.

This 2015 W8 BIOS update should work with W10.

I don't what is happening if this BIOS update does not help.

Hi @Abdoouzay

I'm stumped.

A working and compatible CPU should run when installed in a MB that supports the CPU.

I have never seen anything like this in 30 plus years of computing.
