Hi everyone, I recently downloaded a graphic driver(iris) with the hp driver assistance software and for my hp 15-dy2132wm (windows 11). This driver was actually not compatible with my pc but I didn’t know because i trusted the software. When it finished downloading, It ask to restart as usual… as I restarted the pc, it got stuck on restart hp logo.(as u can see in the image). I’ve tried everything possible repair solution I could find on the internet, but nothing works. I then had no choice than to reset the pc totally erasing everything and starting the machine back at fresh and everything worked fine. Today, I restarted my pc and it still gets stuck in the hp logo.. I don’t even know now if it’s a hardware or software issue. This is really traumatizing me given I don’t understand why my pc would still get stuck even after i completely reset it… please any suggestions or fix?

Welcome to the HP support community
I understand that your notebook is stuck on the HP logo, I am glad to assist you
Some HP Notebook PCs come with two sticks of memory and have two memory slots. If you experience a black screen or blue screen with HP logo, the problem could be with one of the sticks of memory or with one of the memory slots.
To determine what is causing the failure, try to isolate the problem by:
- Performing a memory self-test
- Checking for loose memory modules
- Testing the memory modules
- Testing the memory slots

Keep me posted.

Cheers.
