Hi HP Team 👋
I was wondering if you would be able to tell me what specific SATA cable I would need to purchase from your online store?
HP All-in-One - 22-c0021a
HP Serial Number: [Personal Information Removed]
SKU: 4LY95AA#ABG
I have tried installing a brand new hard drive into the machine but am still getting the exact same boot error.
Error: No boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed
And nothing comes up in the BIOS under Hard Drive options.
(see screenshots attached)
Which leads me to believe its most likely a SATA cable issue / motherboard issue.
Would someone please be able to assist / confirm which SATA cable I should purchase?
If swapping out the SATA cable for a brand new one doesn't solve the issue its probably time for the trash bin 🖥️ 🗑️
Kind Regards,
hanothemano
