HP 22-df0023w

Hello,

I'm trying to fix my sisters HP Model# 22-df0023w, [Personal Information Removed] with Win11,  All in One PC.  After a recent Windows update, it boots to a HP BIOS Update screen that says "The System BIOS Update failed", and "Unable to Open BIOS image file".  From there it counts down to "0", then cycles back around to the same screen again.  I've tried the the Window's key + "B", and Window's Key "V".  I've also tried the "remove the battery to reset the CMOS" suggestion.  I've tried pressing "Esc", and every "F" key on the board.  I've also tried downloading the BIOS firmware from the HP Support site (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-all-in-one-pc-22-df0000a/38240564/model/35610621...), but I can't get it to boot from the USB flash drive.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.
