HP 24 AIlinOne will not accept admin bios password nor return me a security code.

HP All in One 24 f0060
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ok. I do not know if the virus I caught caused it or the upgrade to Microsoft 365 but the desktop will not accept my admin password for the bios settings. I had to do a system image to get it to take my windows password. I input the bios password and it just goes to windows logon after 3 attempts, no lock or code. I have done system image recovery, and the problem remains]. The settings are stuck so I cannot change them. Please how do I reset the admin password so I can update the bios and change the system settings. I have the serial and proof of purchase.
