My computer won't turn on. I tried to reboot using the reboot instructions, but still will not start up.

I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns

 

Do you have lights anywhere on the AIO desktop?

 

Have you tried different wall outlet to ensure it's not an outlet issue>? Have you tried different power cord?

 

If the issue persists please contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
