I recently purchased a new 27" HP All in One (27-1064CR). The boot speed and normal operating speed are what I expected from this system with installed setup. The wake from sleep or lock is where I see a problem. The system sometimes takes a minute or more to fully come back to life (a reboot takes less than 30 seconds). My old Acer Desktop with a 1st gen Ryzen 5 processor, that can't run Windows 11, is fully awake in a few seconds. That PC is running the same software as what I have on this PC. Does anyone out there have any experience with this issue or any suggestions? Thanks!
This system has an Intel Core Ultra 7 w/ 16GB of RAM. I haven't loaded anything other than Office 365 and Norton (removed Mcafee).

Greetings @BoSoxFan64
Welcome to the HP Forum. Sawadee Krap 🙏(Hello)!
How long does your PC take to do a cold start?
It would be difficult to pinpoint your PC's lethargic wake from sleep problem in a Forum.
Your PC does a reasonable (30 second) restart time .
I build PCs. So the custom built W11 PCs almost instantaneously wake from sleep. My PCs: cold startup or system restart time is also very speedy. Much less (about half the time) than 30 seconds.
Additional startup stuff running on W11 could be an item of interest. How many running processes, at idle, do you see in Task Manager? How many startup items do you see in Task Manager?
I disable hibernation so I don't use Windows: fast startup or quick startup. I disable BIOS Fast startup.
I also remove Windows telemetry using third party PowerShell scripts. I disable: Windows search, Windows Widgets, One Drive, Widows Prefetch, and all Windows Xbox stuff.
And I kill all Microsoft Edge background processes.
I don't use Norton security software.
I can only guess the wake from sleep issue might be related to: startup items, running processes, or Norton software.
