Hi I work in seosem.hr, digital agency. So at work we recently got in some HP 800 G1 Desktops, and they are causing us some trouble.

The graphics cards we are putting in them cover up the USB 3.0 header on the motherboard for the front panel, so we ended up getting USB 3.0 PCIE cards for the machines, which have a 19 pin usb 3.0 header that we can use. The problem is that everytime you boot the machine, it gives you a beep and throws up the error "922 front usb not connected". You have to press f1 to bypass the message and boot to windows. We determined it's giving us the error because nothing is plugged into the motherboard usb 3.0 header, because when we plug the front panel in there(no gpu installed), the error is gone.

Hi

I would check the BIOS to see if it is possible to disable front USB 3.0.

Don't see any other way to stop the halt condition.
