Product: HP AIO 22-dd0224 computer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I plug in power supply, the power light on the back of the computer lights up normally but front power on indicator just flashes 7 short blinks..  It does this before I even press the power button..  Pressing the power button do not change anything (no power up, no cooling fan, blank screen)..  Tried the hard boot (remove power supply, press power button for 60 sec., ect.) with no change.  Tried a different new power supply, no change.. Tried replacing memory with new memory card, no change..  Checked BIOS battery, it tests Good..  Tried removing SSD drive, no change..  Tried removing screen connectors from mother board, no change..  Tried removing WiFi card from mother board, no change..  Tried unplugging cooling fan from mother board, no change..    Tried unplugging power switch cable then re-plugging  it back in on both the mother board and power switch card, no change..  Does this computer suffer from a bad mother board????
