Hello, The Computer wont turn on anymore, after pressing the power button the LED light is just blinking constantly like being in hibernation mode. I did the basic troubleshooting like unplugging the computer for 30 seconds removing all USB devices oh, it still won't come on. When I press and hold the power button the hot disc is hearable into the LED will stay on for a few seconds but then it will shut down completely, the LED won't even blink anymore

 

Update: I'm sorry, I forgot to add that I went through all the troubleshooting processes on the HP website, nothing has helped so far.

Is there no-one who can help with this? I found this video which seems to have helped several people but my model has 8 pins instead of 4. I don't know which ones to short circuit.

I understand that your printer is not turning on, I am glad to assist you.

This seems to be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
