Hi all,

I have a fleet of these AIO's that have been inadvertently allowed to upgrade to windows 11.  The actual upgrade worked, however afterwards, it has installed a BIOS update automatically that is not compatible/corrupt.

The result is a bootloop that says the update is corrupt.  I have tried pulling CMOS batteries to reset and performed the Win+B on startup to recover the BIOS.  After recovery, it reboots and appears to once again try to install the BIOS update with no way to stop it.

I want to try the USB recovery key, but the HP Website does not list any downloads for this device.  Can someone help me?

Michael.
