Product: HP All-in-One - 24-dd0017c

   I have a HP AIO 24-dd0017c that is stuck in a HP BIOS boot loop with the message "The System BIOS update failed. Unable to open BIOS image file". I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps recommended on the website. ESC, win + B do not work. Problem began on Aug 28th.

   Went to the support website and there is no option to download a new BIOS file. In fact there are no drivers at all listed on the support site for this model. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
