HP All-in-One PC 24-df1000i (1W761AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hoping someone can help.  I am not a tech person and I've been at this for about 8 hours.

Sitting at desk when HP ALL IN ONE flashed blue screen asking for Bitlock Recovery Key Code

*Never set Bitlock up to use, never had a code.

Went to Microsoft site and entered the codes in the account. None of the Bitlock Recovery Codes in Microsoft work to unlock it.

Literally NO changes at all. No new internet, software, nothing.

-Tried a hard reset (as listed by Microsoft but does not work)

-Did the generic turn off and turn back on.

-Tried uninstalling any updates if may have done. Says they cannot be uninstalled.

-I've been doing online searches, spoke with a tech online that said they couldn't help without a code (pretty sure I knew that one lol)

-I don't have a printout of computer, or flash drive or any of the online information to help recover.  We don't want to lose our company information.

Thank you in advance for your help and taking the time to read this.

Kimberly
