HP All-in-One PC 22-dd0000i (9FK22AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

The desktop was working this morning. I had to unplug it to move it, so I shut it down. I have plugged it back it, and now it won't turn on. I have tried different adapters, waiting to turn it on, different outlets - nothing is working.

by adapters, you mean the 'brick' (similar to a laptop power supply)?

testing another...

do you have two of the same model?  did you try the suspect adapter (one with problem) with another AIO that is working?  That will test if the adapter has issues.

Another idea..

without the adapter connected, press and hold the power switch for at  least a minute to reset the PC. then reconnect a 'known to be good' adapter to the AIO and power up and see what happens

The only other power cable I have is for an HP laptop. I used that "brick" to try and get it to boot up, but it didn't work. I tried the holding power button too, and the light came on. As soon as I let the button go, the light shut off. Nothing else turned on or anything. I've had this computer for less than 3 years.
