Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP All-In-One computer desktop and it does not have any screws to open case. Where do I pry the case open? It will not boot up because it says that there is no bootable devices. I assume the hard drive went bad and I am trying to put a brand new one in. I have never had a all-in-one before so I have no experience in cracking the case open to put more memory in or install a new hard drive. I basically need to know where to pop it open.

Thank You,

Micah J. Kimbrough

I've gone through this myself -- and my advice is NOT to do this yourself!  Why? Because you literally have to PRY the case off and that risks cracking the screen.  I did this myself two years ago despite following a video with the details and being very careful.

Your safest option is to take this to a laptop repair place (yes -- laptop) and see if they can do it WITHOUT damaging the screen.
