I am trying to repair an out of warranty AIO system HP All-in-One - 22-df0023w, the owner gave the power on password so I can get to the boot options using the ESC key but when I select F9 for the boot device options it asks for an administrator password that is unknown. What can I do about this so that I can use the cloud restore image ( getting that wasn't easy, but that is another story ) to get the machine going again?
